This brand new client are a highly regarded UK-wide operation with a network growing significantly on a annual basis. As a Chargehand, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 assemblers on a permanent night shift.
Key duties of the role:
Leading a team of 5 assemblers
Running assembly shop
Organising workload
Assembly of Aluminium Panels
Operating bonding and gluing machines
Reading from drawings
Operating table saws
Dealing with Health and safety and first aid
Candidate Requirements:
Previous team leader / chargehand experience
Looking to progress career
First Aid qualified
Health and Safety conscious
Hours of work:
18:00 - 06:00 Sunday - Thursday
